Information We Collect

When you request a demo or contact us through datomsphere.com, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, role, and any details about your migration requirements.

We also collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your Migration Data

During proof-of-concept engagements and production migrations, Lynx operates as a direct pipe between your source and target systems. Your data is streamed directly between source and target systems. Temporary processing buffers are cleared immediately after transfer and are never persisted.

All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard cryptography, including Curve25519 elliptic curve encryption for internal data transport and TLS 1.3 for external communications. Lynx generates integrity verification checksums at source and destination but does not retain copies of your data.

How We Use Your Information

Contact information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule proof-of-concept engagements, and provide ongoing support for active migration projects.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Datomsphere takes data security seriously. Access to customer information is restricted to personnel directly involved in your engagement. Lynx generates audit-ready chain-of-custody reports suitable for regulatory review.

All communications between your systems and Datomsphere infrastructure are encrypted. Audit logs are maintained for all data access events.

Contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up communications. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Migration audit reports and chain-of-custody documentation are retained per the terms of your engagement agreement and applicable regulatory requirements.
