Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Scope of Services
Datomsphere provides enterprise data migration services powered by the Lynx engine. Services include proof-of-concept evaluations, production migrations, ongoing replication, and compliance reporting.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and data volumes are defined in individual engagement agreements between Datomsphere and the client organization.
Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate engagement requests. By accessing datomsphere.com, you agree to these terms.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website, reverse-engineer its components, or use automated tools to scrape content at a rate that degrades service for other users.
Data Ownership
Your data remains your property at all times. Datomsphere does not claim any ownership, license, or rights to the data processed during migrations.
Lynx operates as a direct conduit between your source and target systems. Data is not stored or retained on Datomsphere infrastructure beyond what is required for active transfer operations, operational logging, and compliance reporting. All operational data is subject to defined retention policies and is purged upon engagement conclusion.
Data Integrity Commitment
Datomsphere commits to forensic-grade data integrity verification on every migration. Every object is checksummed at source, in transit, and at destination. Mismatches trigger automatic re-transfer.
Chain-of-custody audit reports are generated for every engagement and made available to the client. These reports are suitable for regulatory submission.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the engagement process, including data schemas, infrastructure details, and migration requirements, is treated as confidential.
Datomsphere personnel with access to client environments undergo background checks and are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Datomsphere's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Datomsphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These limitations do not apply to breaches of confidentiality obligations or willful misconduct.
Data Retention and Purge
During active engagements, Datomsphere retains operational data necessary for migration execution, monitoring, and compliance reporting. This includes work item tracking records, operational logs, and generated compliance reports.
Upon engagement conclusion, all client data, operational logs, and compliance artifacts are purged from Datomsphere infrastructure in accordance with the data retention schedule defined in the engagement agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, Datomsphere will complete any in-progress data transfers and deliver final audit reports.
Access to Datomsphere infrastructure and tooling is revoked upon termination. All client data, operational logs, and compliance artifacts are purged in accordance with the documented data retention and disposal procedure provided to the client at engagement onboarding.
Modifications
Datomsphere may update these terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
